There is an effect of how many housing issues women have on their overall satisfaction. According to research, women experiencing more issues with housing tend to feel less content living in a home. Many women who live in inadequate or poor housing report feeling stressed, overwhelmed and frustrated by the multiple upkeep tasks they have to handle, such as fixing mouldy ceilings or ceilings that leak water. This is not to mention having to maintain other responsibilities.
