Exercise is good for adults
A nurse would help clients promote their health by teaching them how to incorporate exercise and other physical activities into their daily lives. It could be as simple as providing advice on the best exercise to do each week depending on their individual needs and helping them set achievable goals like walking more or enrolling in a program that helps with this. To make it easier for people to change their lifestyles, I want to emphasize all the benefits of physical activity, such as better mood, cognitive function, stress reduction and increased energy/stamina.
These steps will help our patients to be more successful in incorporating exercise into their daily lives. This will reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, obesity and diabetes. It will also improve overall well-being.
