Benchmark – human experience across the health-illness continuum
Many resources and options are available that can help me achieve wellness across the entire health-illness spectrum. There are many options available to me, including regular doctor visits, counseling and nutrition, as well as physical therapy and counseling. It is possible to make lifestyle adjustments such as regular exercise, eating balanced meals that are tailored for my needs and engaging in physical therapy. Many online resources, including apps and websites, offer helpful information on self-care as well as wellness tips. To improve my wellbeing, I could also use stress management methods such as yoga or mindfulness meditation. A supportive network of friends or family can be a great way to keep me accountable and make good choices for my health.
