Written Reflection:
Through my formal exploration of ethics, I gained an understanding of how important it is to consider ethical issues in different contexts. It is vital that organizations and individuals act ethically and follow their principles and values. There are many ethical theories and frameworks that I’ve learned that could be used in different circumstances. Also, there is an ethical decision-making model that can help individuals and companies make sound ethical decisions.
Collaborations with peers and teachers were a key part of my learning journey. Through these collaborations, I had the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions, share perspectives, and learn from others’ experiences. This collaboration allowed me to gain a better understanding of complex ethical issues, and how important it is to consider multiple perspectives when making ethical choices.
Additionally, case studies were challenging and eye-opening. We had to analyze real world ethical dilemmas, and then consider what the possible consequences. This helped me develop my critical thinking abilities and allow me to see things from a different perspective.
My learning experiences in ethics formal have been rewarding and valuable. My ability to deal with ethical issues and make ethical choices in both my professional and personal lives has improved. Collaborations with instructors and peers have helped me learn a lot. I’m looking forward to implementing these lessons in my future ventures.
